The Cross-Border Investment and Financing Digital Platform (CIDP) is designed to accelerate the development of the Western China Financial Centre and improve financial services along the Belt and Road. It integrates domestic and international resources from governments, financial institutions, business enterprises, and intermediary services. The platform serves as an information-sharing infrastructure and comprehensive financial service platform, combining investment research, due diligence, business enablement, and financial connections for cross-border investment and financing. It aims to enhance the level of multilateral investment cooperation and international influence of the Western China Financial Centre, empowering Chengdu’s innovative finance, investment, and high-quality economic growth.
The Western China Global Talent Hub (G.T. HUB) focuses on attracting and developing global professionals to support the Western China Financial Centre and Belt and Road Financial Service Centre. In collaboration with governments, international organizations, and enterprises, G.T. HUB integrates industry and academic resources. Through partnerships with leading universities and institutions, it offers programs to equip individuals with skills in international innovation, business, and investment.
The Chengdu Middle East Centre is Western China’s first platform focused on cross-border investment and financing, promoting economic cooperation between China and Middle Eastern Arab countries. It has four main functions: business development, capacity building, resource connection, and knowledge development.
In collaboration with domestic and international partners, the Centre fosters economic ties between the Western China Financial Centre and over 20 Arab countries across the Gulf, West Asia, and North Africa, covering a market of 490 million people.
