Overview
The inaugural “Chengdu Finance Week” (CDFW),themed“Finance Empowers Sustainable Innovation, Investment Advances Inclusive Growth”, aims to establish itself as the first financial open platform for development and cooperation in the region and across the nation.
As a permanent platform and mechanism, the CDFW gathers governments, international organizations, regulatory bodies, financial institutions, businesses, and professional associations from over 20 countries and regions. The inaugural CDFW includes various events such as the opening ceremony, international summits, Country Day and innovative finance series, important platform operations, and major achievement announcements,all aiming to pragmatically promote the implementation of various tasks.
CDFW is committed to creating a dynamic platform for international cooperation in financial openness and cross-border investment and financing. It aims to deepen multilateral economic partnerships, and support the development of Chengdu as the Western China Financial Centre, improve financial services along the Belt and Road ,and foster the capacity in innovation finance for western China.

Cross-Border Investment And Financing Digital Platform
The Cross-Border Investment and Financing Digital Platform (CIDP) is designed to accelerate the development of the Western China Financial Centre and improve financial services along the Belt and Road. It integrates domestic and international resources from governments, financial institutions, business enterprises, and intermediary services. The platform serves as an information-sharing infrastructure and comprehensive financial service platform, combines investment research, due diligence, business enablement, and financial connectivity for cross-border investment and financing.Its goal is to improve multilateral investment cooperation and elevate the international influence of the Western China Financial Centre, empowering Chengdu’s innovative finance, investment, and high-quality economic growth.
The Cross-Border Investment and Financing Digital Platform was officially launched during the first Chengdu Finance Week.
The Chengdu Exchange Service Centre
The Chengdu Exchange Service Centre (X-Nexus)is a non-profit service network and enabling platform created with the strong support of the Chengdu government. X-Nexus serves as a bridge for global exchanges and Chinese enterprises, facilitating cross-border investment and financing cooperation.
X-Nexus was officially inaugurated during the first Chengdu Finance Week.
